Help Requests - Add from contact page

Firstly, I think this tool has been an amazing addition to aXcelerate, and I love that from feedback, as well as the dedicated "Help Requests" screen, you can also see any applicable requests on a contacts dashboard.

I would suggest also being able to add/create a help request from the actions menu on a contacts dashboard. Can avoid confusion if you have multiple of the same name (ie. John Smith) or if you're speaking to a student on the phone and you need to log something - saves having to go to another area if you're already on their profile.

Anyway, keep up the great work.
