    Agree,
Majority of our customers are booked by their organisation and emails provided are not personal.
We are finding every course students unable to access or verify. Emails from aX get blocked etc.
Please make this system more user friendly.

Thanks for the comment Ash - please share this post with team members to vote it up!

Note:  In a recent meeting with aXcelerate, it was explained to me that the purpose of the verification code was to verify that the user actually owns the account (email or other) that they signed up with... So adding a choice to how the code is received kind of defeats the purpose of having a verification step...

However, i think it goes without saying that the global login process has its issues which is causing burden to businesses (clearly, at least yours and ours) and needs to be dealt with....

    Hi Stuart.
    Thanks for your response.
I can see that line of thinking and its validity. Unfortunately doesn't help us in the classroom.
My suggestion for aX, would be to add a one-off verification step or something that we can implement as administrators. It is our responsibility to verify/authenticate the students we are assessing, if we are ID checking the students, it would be good to also have the ability for them to access the assessments/resources.
There is currently a one-step process once the verification is completed.
Something similar for verification/login prior to verification is needed. :)
    Happy tuesday!

Anything that makes it easier for students to set up their global accounts is a bonus.

Perhaps if they had the option to send the code to the email address or mobile that is on their file, so that someone doesn't just randomly add a different phone number during the verification process. The mobile and email on their file would have been added by an aXcelerate Admin user.
