Merge duplicates - search by phone number

Current options are to detect matching USI, DOB or email. It would be great if we could search/identify duplicates who have a matching mobile number.

  would also love to see strengthening of aXcelerate's duplicate function - we seem to be getting a lot of duplicates where all details are an exact match - except that some fields are UPPER CASE and some are Title Case. Example:
  Record 1 - Suburb = Byron Bay

  Record 2 - Suburb = BYRON BAY

  surely the system should pick these up as duplicates?
