    We found that the default address step in the enrolment (including the Google maps API) was visually confusing for students, so much so that it became a barrier to completing the enrolment so we had to stop using it. I would request that the whole step be redesigned or customisable.

    Thanks for your feedback. We are still using it at the moment but it is resulting in a lot of manual work still.

    Hi Helen,

     

    We are aXcelerate accredited partners who work in the Online Enrolments Team, and have dealt with this issue before.  The solution we provided was highlighting the step with some instructions at the top of the step, inserting a red border around the address input field and deactivating the other fields below to only be visible but not editable.  This worked very well as a solution.
