Allow "Trainer" users to view E-Learning at Workshop level

Currently we cant give "trainer" users the ability to view e-learning summaries at the workshop level, it would be super helpful if we could.

We can obviously set up "admin" users that are also trainers, but this gives extra access to other areas of the system that we'd prefer to limit.

  'Trainer' access definitely lacks some areas where trainers should have access. We had to create our own trainer access under the Administrator user type to allow our trainers to do what we needed them to, it is a pain.

  yeh we did the same thing last year for trainers - a new user type based on ADMIN. Not ideal but works as a "work-a-round"
