Learner Plan Features - live edit reorder modules after adding

On occasion I need to edit a learner plan beyond the current options. E.g. I need to add a new module but have it sit at the TOP of the modules. Edit wont allow me to re-order modules to push it where I need it.

Simple requirement but useful.
