The contact categories was moved to the other information section in Feb 2022, this makes it harder to remember to use and therefore reports used relying on the information contained in categories will likely become less reliable over time. Please undo this visual update AX - 13551 so the contact categories is easier to use.

  Agree, it was easier for us to reference the contact categories when they were visible on the contact record.
