Add Duplicate Template button in Edit Template view

I regularly duplicate templates but don't often know which one I need to duplicate by title only. I end up opening templates until I work out which one it is and then I have to close the template and search for it again to then duplicate it (because when you close a template you go back to the list of templates screen, to the beginning of the list.
If there was a duplicate template right in each template edit screen, it would improve workflow and save time.
