Sending a survey in bulk to all students

Dear Support team,

 

We are trying to send a survey we created in axcelerate to all active students. Where do we find that option to send the survey ?

  Hi Karlo,

  Surveys created in the aXcelerate system can be issued to students through a few different methods in bulk. 
   
  Generating the link to the survey through; 'Quality' - 'Survey List' - select the applicable survey - select 'survey access points' and set 'version' and 'access to' - select 'show access point' which will provide a link that will need to be copied. 
   
  You could then issue contact out in bulk through 'contacts' - 'merge documents' - 'send a one-time merge email'. 
   
  Or you could send the link via 'classes' - 'communication' - 'email/sms' 
   
  The link could be set up in a template if the appearance of the contact was a factor and issued also through classes in bulk through 'communication' - 'template'.
