API ability to search ContactActive parameter from /contacts/search endpoint.

Hi Idea's

It would be very helpful to be able to filter the /contacts/search endpoint to only include active or include both inactive and active contacts.

I imagine this should be a fairly straight forward modification to the API to include this parameter.
