Workshop close out date option as a system default setting

Currently workshops have a default 'close out date' of midnight.

Could a default option be created in system settings so this applies to all workshops please e.g. 5 days?

This would save us updating each workshop and it being missed or being inconsistent, thanks.

  Or being able to set the default close out on the workshop type and be able to adjust it on a workshop instance if required.
