Contract schedule across multiple Financial years

It would be great to have a function that allowed the contract and schedule to be set in bulk when needed.  At the end of the financial year the contract schedules change price and enrolments straddle the financial year. This means that some units are on one schedule and others are on the new schedule.  At the moment you need to click on each unit and change them manually but it would be great to be able to change them by ticking the ones you need and changing in bulk.

  Hi Linsey,

  If I'm understanding your request correctly, I believe we already have a solution for you.

  From the Class Matrix of your Class, mouse over the Bulk Actions button and click on Bulk Set Contracts.

  This tool allows you to update Unit level Contracts for students in a Class all at once.
