    Hi, this is an update to inform viewers of this post that Learner Messaging (otherwise known as Learner Help Request) is now available in aXcelerate. 

    Learner Help Requests is a Turbo feature that allows you to facilitate real-time communication between users within your account. Learners are able to create help requests directly from their Learner Portal and have Admins and Trainers respond in a chat-style format. This aims to reduce time spent troubleshooting issues with learners, gain better insights, and keep all of your communications in aXcelerate for simplicity and auditing purposes.

    Hi Matthew

    We're in the early stages of research & designing Learner Messaging functionality. This would add a helpdesk-like area for administrators to communicate with learners.

    That's all I can share at this stage, but is definitely something we're investigating.

    It would also be great to have a live chat plugin that we can integrate in our site. Imagine students chatting with us and his information will sync directly to Axcelerate.
