Assessments Should Be Ordered Alphabetically

Searching for an assessment in Assessment Management is already quite tricky because the search isn't decisive enough (eg. when searching for CHCDIV001, all assessments that contain CHC, DIV or 001 appear) but it's made even more difficult because the assessments are ordered chronologically. I feel it would make a lot more sense to order the assessment alphabetically.
