    I prefer Not Yet Satisfactory instead of Unsatisfactory but not sure if this is can be changed.

    Hi Mark, this is wonderful news, made my month!!

    We would like to suggest that the assessment instance name be included as a field that can be included on the notification to assessors. Usually, the instance name reflects the workshop or class the enrolment is linked to which is helpful for sorting submissions. This would allow our assessors to see if the student is submitting an assessment ahead of attending their workshop date or after.

    Another suggestion is to include the score/percentage for assessments that include auto marking. So an assessor could see what the student's score is upon submission, it looks like you have included the score in the student notification you included, so maybe it is an easy one to include for assessors too.

    Add the ability to include the assigned assessor name. It doesn't look like you are specifically planning an email notification for students to let them know their submission was successful but this is something we send in the system. We think being able to add the name of the assigned assessor to the template would be a good way to let the student know who is assigned to be marking their submission.

     

    We also agree on Not Yet Satisfactory, this wording is more aligned with unit outcomes rather than 'unsatisfactory' or 'failed'.

    Would there also be an option in the system to send a notification to students when the assigned assessor is changed, some of the other LMS systems have this kind of notification so it could be useful to look at for aXcelerate too.

    Thanks for your further feedback Pip. I've passed this onto the assigned developer for review. The task isn't scheduled to commence until the 6th of October, so it's still a little while off. I'll make sure to post an update when it does come through, however.
