Only select from approved trainers (not all)

When selecting a trainer for a workshop, we have found that the approved trainer and assessors are not showing (we are able to choose any trainer/assess) in the following areas:
- quick add workshop via calendar
- add workshop: complex dates or bulk duplicate
This functionality is a vital control tool to reduce the risk of selecting a trainer that is not approved to train/assess. We are not using these functions currently to reduce the risk of this occurring.
Could you advise if the ability to only select from approved trainers/assessors can be added to these areas of Ax please?

  I have forwarded this request to our Quality Assurance team. If they confirm the issue is unintentional, we will look at releasing a fix.

  I will close this thread for now, but will post back with an update once I receive one.
