Definitely agreed. Version control or some kind of tracking is definitely needed.

We should still be able to make minor changes, like fix a spelling mistake or small error without incurring a version control, this can be annoying in the Resource Library.

To add to this, we also really struggle when we need to make adjustments to assessments, like add an extra upload section or change a question type. It would be brilliant if we could have an easier way to replace an assessment with an updated version.

Also if once you archive an assessment, if no new students can be enrolled in that, that would also help with version control.

    Hi All

This feature has been (secretly) in development for a few months. I believe we hope to release it before the end of the year. As always, dates are subject to change. The Phase 1 functionality is as follows (also subject to change):

    1. Publishing a new version of an assessment
    2. Restoring to a previous version
    3. Version History Log
    4. Version Description (change notes)
    5. Automatically move Learners to the latest version of an Assessment

    Kind Regards
    Mark

    Madness! I couldn't believe such a thing wasn't implemented-especially when you see a little v1.0 under assessments.

    What a tease ☹
