More Student help for using the Learner Portal

Hi,

We would like to see additional sections added to the following help article.

At the moment there is nothing explaining how a student can see their results and read feedback on assessments. One of the common quotes from our students is "what feedback" or "Where do I find that". The "results" tab/button is easily missed. This topic would make a great SHOT video.

  Agree! Or even if the 'results' tab is more visible/obvious to students as we've encountered the same issue with students.

  Great idea, we are having learners really struggling too, even though we link the axcelerate article on our emails, we still have had to make our own resources and answer many questions to assist students with navigating the learner portal.
