It would be so useful to be able to report on 'abandoned cart' situations where a student has abandoned a course application attempt (after providing their email) and then not responded to the 'enrolment resumption' system generated message.
In a perfect world it would be automated but at a minimum an RTO may wish to be able to report on completion vs. abandon rate (re: applications).
For now we're using workarounds based on contact types but if you're looking for useful new functionality. This could be it.
