Duplicate settings on linked class when duplicating workshops

When duplicating a workshop, the settings on the linked class should also be duplicated, including:

Award flag - Qual or SOA. At the moment all linked workshops default to SOA even if a full qualification is linked to the workshop type.

Delivery Mode - AVETMISS. 

Assessments. It appears the only way to make assessments link by default is to link to the workshop type.

There should be an option to duplicate all of these classes on the linked class when duplicating a workshop.
