It would be even better if this happened automatically when a student's enrolment is cancelled.

    Hi All

    Thank you for your feedback!

I have checked with the team, and confirmed that this behaviour is actually intended - there are use cases where the assessment should remain even when the units are withdrawn.

Can the ability to delete an assessment if you choose to be added as a bulk option so it doesn't have to always be done individually. Maybe the system could give a warning if you are trying to delete an assessment where a student has saved responses so that it is not actioned unintentionally?

Agreed - understand why this may not be able to be automated but definitely need the functionality to be able to delete the assessment enrolments manually in bulk.

Yes please for this!!! When a whole class has been given the wrong assessments..... not  a fun fix when having to do one-by-one, and so many steps to even get to the delete screen!

    Hi All

Thank you for your continued feedback.

We'll investigate the possibility of adding a bulk delete action to this tool. I'll provide an update here if we are able to proceed.

    Thanks
    Mark

Yes please.  I have been asking this for a long time.  It is very frustrating to go and manually delete every assessment when a course is cancelled or even transferred (deleting an assessment is a very long and laborious process).

    Hi All,

We have created a task to implement the bulk delete functionality. The work has been assigned and we will announce it in upcoming release notes when ready.

    Thanks,
    Rod.
