Automatically withdraw or bulk withdraw students from E-Learning after course end date

Hi,

Currently there is no way to withdraw students in bulk. A user is able bulk update the unit outcome to withdrawn. However, there is no way to change the 'Status' to 'Cancelled' in bulk. In our organisation we offer free online modules. Therefore a lot of people enrol but never complete. It would be great if the system could automatically withdraw students after the end date has passed and/or if administrators were able to update the 'Status' in bulk.

  Good Morning Sara

  Unfortunately, bulk tools for E-Learning are not easily implementable - we have certainly tried. We have a whole host of Bulk update tools for our native Online Assessments (as seen below), however due to restrictions on the integrations, our hands are a little bit tied to that end.
  

  I do believe we will be implementing a method of bulk updating students' "Enrolment Status" against a Class enrolment at some point in the future.
