Date on Certificate Validation Changed to Validate Qualification Completion Date, Not Certificate Issue Date
CompletedIt seems really strange that the QR code used to validate the certificate would validate the certificate issue date that is set on the printing certificate page and not the qualification completion date. Generally, learners are deemed competent at the time they have completed their qualification/course, which is not necessarily the date the certificate gets physically issued. The date on the print certificate page defaults to the date you are printing the certificate and then this is the only date that will show on the cert validation page that is shown when scanning the QR code. Or at the very least the validation page should show both the certificate issue date and the qualification completion date???
So as an example, if the certificate has the qualification completion date set as the date to display on the certificate, but the certificate was actually issued a week later, when you go to validate the certificate, the date in the validation will not match the date on the certificate (which is set to qualification completion date)

Something to consider is that when you issue an SOA and the student is marked as cancelled, then the 'actual completion date' is removed, so there needs to be a function for the verification page to confirm the 'issued date' that is listed on the certificate, which is not the same as the 'certificate issued date' that the system records.
