    Agree, this would be fabulous! Would make the process more automated and have a full history of communication in the students profile.

    It is very painful having to copy and past communication in the system. 

    Perhaps a zapier integration could add a file note when a student responds.

    Agreed. This is exactly what we need and would help give the "Full Picture" that is accurate of all communication and responses to students. We would really find a lot of value in this and it would greatly improve our efficiencies.

    Agree. Many modern CRM's provide this type of communication feature. This type of two way integration keeps staff out of their emails and in aXcelerate more!  The time savings are significant and allows skilled staff to perform skilled activities rather than wasting time completing a copy and paste function that could be automated by technology.

    Agreed. It would be beneficial to receive a notification when the students respond as well. Whether that's an email or some form of workflow that triggers when the response is added to the notes. Although it may be difficult to figure out who that note gets the notification.

    I agree and have been asking for this. As at the moment our SMS's are replied as the persons number and goes into our email inbox. Not too fussed about going into email inbox (Although our previous student mx system had it where the students reply was in their student mx system directly and allowed for a two-way conversation), but more importantly making sure the reply is the persons Name so it attaches to their contact and we are not getting numbers and then having to figure out who it belongs to. 
    If anyone has solved that with zapier or any other way - would greatly appreciate a solution.
