If you are perhaps referring to the state funding in WA, yes we currently use templates to manage this.  aX should be able to provide you with a standard template with these features that you can can manipulate to your requirements

    Good morning, Melanie.

aXcelerate have provided me with their template. Do you mind if I ask you one more question?

The template they provided us covers of most of the requirements in the contract, but section 2.7 g) viii) states the document needs to also include the total invoice amount. Do you happen to know if the template you are using covers this off?

    Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Tomos,

It's been a while since we setup all of this up and did have some difficulty with this but we have the template split into 2 sections, it is run from the actual invoice within the enrolment, the top part of the template pulls the financial and invoice details with the total that you are referring to with the second part pulling from the enrolment information which covers census date, hours, course fee etc.

I believe the enrolment data and invoice data are separate within the system so can't be pulled into one table within the template?  This may be worth following up with VM again in case this has changed.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for that, Melanie.

I will have a play with that and hopefully have some success.
