Being able to build, save reports and then put into a Workflow to automate them we have found extremely beneficial. It is a great feature.
HOWEVER, our biggest challenge is that we have multiple reports based off of the same Warehoused report so when a saved report is run, viewed and downloaded you have no idea which report you are looking at as the name of the report does not pull through.
It would be extremely useful if the field for the name of the saved report was pulled through to the report screens.
For example this report is one of at least 5 reports all built off of the Tribe Enrolments - Warehoused (Course Enrolments) report report name:
When you then run the report it would be useful for the report name to pull through somewhere under the standard report building name (red box). This is especially useful when you are running multiple reports from saved reports and changing display fields you come back to the screen below and then ask yourself "did I open the right report?" and there is no way to check other than starting the whole process over again.
Then when you run the report the Data Table view does not indicate what report it is, which if you are doing a comparison of reports you can get confused as to which tab you opened what report on. (It would be useful to have the Report field name pull through here somewhere)
Then if you export by CSV same issue arises making it hard to know what the actual report is that you are looking at.
Not easy to identify which report you want from your downloads either:
The PDF export is slightly more useful as it lists the filters that were used, but the name of the actual report run would definitely fast track trying to work out what data you are looking at!
