Is there a rule for payment plans that we can get the system to pull "the day after census date" from their enrolment details?

What I am hoping to set up is a template for our CAN, so that it will automatically register that a census date has passed and therefore email out the CAN to all VSL students automatically for the UOC that are in that term.

I hope that makes sense.

  Yes, I know that part, but you currently can't select the rule "a day after census date" AXC have said this doesn't exist yet and is a good idea, so trying to get as many votes as possible to put it into place :)

  I might have misunderstood. My assumption is that you're trying to automate the CAN to be sent out withing 28 days of the census date as per the VSL rules?

  If that is correct, you can use the workflow to run a report showing all census dates within whatever time frame e.g. yesterday or last week (you can add additional filters to the report if you desire). You then automate the CAN to be sent to all rows in that report.
  
  We've been automating our CANs, Fee Notices, and Statements of Covered fees for a while now. Some of these set ups are more simple than others but it works seamlessly once you get it going.

  Thank you for your input.

  I would love to pick your brain if you have time to see how your current stream is working? 

  We are working on a set up so that we don't need to pull a report to send them out, just AXC will automatically pick up on the date from the class phase and do it without us checking.

  If you have time I would love to chat. Perhaps I can send you an email sometime?

  I vote yes, it would make things much easier. Also, could we not just have a calendar where we could nominate the actual dates we want he invoices to go out on?
