POP UP NOTES on Contact Pages
CompletedFor important notes and special circumstances it would be great if we can set up a customisable pop up notification that comes up when you log onto a contacts page. You would ideally have to click OK to acknowledge the note in order to continue. This will ensure that nothing important is ever missed and is identified immediately.

Hi All,
We have added the option for contact messages to "Show as a pop-up" when contact profile page is loaded.
This functionality is currently available in our staging environment and will be released into our live environment tonight.

Please review our release notes for additional changes and updates.
Thank you all for your feedback and support.

Thank you all for the suggestion and comments. The "Contact Message" feature has been designed specifically for this purpose, as it will always display in a yellow warning box on the contact view page. As suggested, it might be possible to increase the maximum size of this field from 200 characters. I would be interested to know exactly what kind of notifications clients would like to use this for, and how much text might be needed to convey the message.

We would love to have this we have been trying to work out how we can point out to our enrolment staff that this client has a bad payment history currently we have to double check with finance. would be great if we had the option of putting this as a note and it pops up every time we click on the client.

Hi All,
We appreciate your input on this suggestion. Our team have discussed and allocated this suggestion to our product roadmap for an upcoming release.
Both our design and development teams will be involved in making your suggestion a reality. From our initial and early discussions, we will add further options to the "Contact Message" dialogue (From a contact's profile >> Actions >> Update Contact Message). Changes may allow you to flag the message to 'pop up' when a user accesses the contact's profile, which would then require a user to take action.
I will keep you updated here with our progress.
Kind regards,
Rod.
