When you send a certificate to an employer, JSA or anyone other than the student via a template it does not attach a copy of the certificate (except to the student email). This is the case when sending the template to both student/employer or just the employer.
When we need to send the certificate to the employer or JSA we have to download it, attach/send via outlook and then record a file note in aXcelerate. We should just be able to select the employer contact when sending the certificate template to the student.
If this is a 'privacy issue' as mentioned in my discussion with aXcelerate then it should be managed at RTO policy level and not forced at system level.
