Editable Closed/Locked Invoices

Currently there is no ability to edit a locked invoice, we need some level of flexibility in this area. Case in point we generated 40 invoices for a client who then requested the item descriptions in each one be changed. In stead of simple amended each invoice and reissuing we had to credit note all 40 and start again.
