Prepaid fees above $1,500 - ASQA requirement

We do a manual calc each month on what amount of our fees are prepaid (this is based either on % completed or % of course time that has elapsed). I note that the fields marked as paid (Gross Paid & Nett Paid include credit notes which I have indicated to Axcelerate is a bug that should be fixed.).
However, it would be useful for this to be a standard report where the threshold for the calc is entered (which will allow for future government changes) and the system calculates the prepaid fee amount. This could also save audit time as a standard system report is unlikely to be queried by any auditor.
