Within Contacts > Trainers > Trainer Unavailability, you can input which days/times a particular trainer is not available.

This does not however, restrict you from booking in to train on a workshop. Would be great if the system could automatically recognise that a trainer was not available on those days.

  Is there any update on the above? We have a huge list of trainers and managing their availability at the moment is very manual and can sometimes lead to overbooking. It would be great if if above feature would be implemented.

  Hi just trying to work out how we can show trainer availability and if there is an update on this to better manage trainers and their availability.
