Requirements for reporting pre- and post-testing of Foundation Skills
From 1 January 2015, all Foundation Skills Approved Providers are required to report data on the educational gain against individual core skills areas in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) for each student when they are enrolled in a Approved Foundation Skills course. RTOs must report the finalised data reflecting both commencement and completion scores within 90 days of the student completing/withdrawing from the foundation Skills qualification.

We need to have this implemented as it will make it lot easier to track this data, and be able to have the data exported easily for upload into the Skills Victoria Portal. Coming from Vettrak and migrating over to aXcelerate as your biggest client/RTO to date, this will eventually be a bigger request from other VIC providers. Vettrak even though an archaic looking system had implemented this as a feature earlier this year, and has been very helpful tool.
