Trainer capabilities (matrix) reports

I need to be able to produce reports that show the following:

By qualification - all the trainers that can teach each unit attached to the qual
By trainer - all of the units of competency that they can teach
By trainer per qualification - a snapshot of what one trainer can teach under one qualification

These reports are needed as we currently have to maintain spreadsheets to produce this information.

  Hi Lisa did you get an answer to your question? I am setting up our system and would like to know how to specify the units a trainer can train and assess in the matrix. I have bulk uploaded TA and then ticked the units they can TA - but the ticks disappear. any clues?

  We are currently struggling with the same issue and Axcelerate need to act upon this. We shouldnt be having to maintain a spreadsheet i.e doubling up on a feature that is already available on Axcelerate. The Trainer Matrix is not user friendly at all.

  This is exactly what I am looking for.

  aXcelerate - How long before this is available? For those of us who have used the trainer matrix axcelerate the data is there if we have ticked trainers as trainers only, assessors only, or trainer assessors.

  Hi All,

  A trainer capabilities report is currently in our development backlog as part of our continuous improvement of the new report builder. We do not yet have an estimated completion date, however, we will let everyone know via our release notes when this feature is scheduled to go live.

  In the second release this October, we'll have a new Trainer Capabilities Report. You can sort, group and filter this report in various ways so we believe this will meet your needs.
