    This isn't addressing your question, Olivia, but is another issue we would like feedback on from others regarding the Dashboard Follow Ups - we would find it more useful if the Phone field was the mobile phone number rather than work number as have found we are far more likely to reach someone via mobile rather than work number.

    I would also like to be able to change what fields you see in the Follow-up Task Dashboard. 

    Similar to you Olivia, if I could see Task Category I wouldn't have to update the task name to include what the task is about and can see at a glance what the task is for.

    I would also like a display showing the note that was recorded at the time the follow up was made. This would provide an at a glance view about the reason for the follow up.

    As a side point, when viewing individual follow-up tasks, does anyone else see it as problematic that it doesn't show you the note that was recorded at the follow up was created?

    This only applies to the new "Follow- Up Tasks" which at best will display the last contact note. i.e. if additional contact notes are added after the task was created then there is no way to know what note the follow-up was in relation to.

    This does not apply to the old "legacy follow-ups" which will display the note recorded at the time the follow-up was created.

    I really think the Task name should be default information shown on the follow up dashboard widget so that staff know what the task is.
