At aXcelerate, the Health Check is a part of our Client Engagement initiative in which we'll work with you to ensure you are getting the best return on your investment, at no additional cost to your business. Each client can receive one complimentary Health Check every 12 months.

What can I expect in a Health Check?
Prior to your Health Check commencing, your Client Engagement representative will review your account system settings and setup. During the Health Check they will seek to understand how your business uses aXcelerate on a day to day basis, and help you to identify operational efficiencies or opportunities for potential improvements.
After the session, you’ll be provided with a formalised summary report describing the top 3 recommendations for improving your organisation's use of aXcelerate. This report will create clarity and purpose in your business on practices best-suited to your operational style, and builds motivation to act and bring about positive changes.
If you wish to access further information on implementing the recommendations, you are able to purchase training hours, access our Short Hits of Training (SHOT) videos or the aXcelerate Assistant. Training is available for $170 per hour (plus GST) and is delivered by one of our highly skilled Onboarding Trainers.
